Coming home from LA yesterday we ran into this guy. We were just around the corner from my house when we spotted him jumping around. He had these , what he called, power stilts on. Said he bought them online, and then he jumped off to burger king.
Here is some random video i found on YouTube this guy was jumping around just like these guys. Maybe not so intense
